"Been doing business with SF in other states over 20 years and worse service I have ever experienced. I am in the process of relocating here from another state and when buying a new home went with another carrier and spent more just so I could avoid further disappointment. Never spoke with agent directly just associate and turn around time, information, quotes, attitude etc. were less than desirable. When there are so many choices you have to have people that are willing to go above and beyond that work for you and have a servants attitude. The person I dealt with was average at best."

"My husband and I have known Phil and Shawna Ford for just under 25 years! From the first day we met our new State Farm agent(s) we were cared for as though we were family. I know I can call or text the Fords at any hour with questions (because I have done so!) and they will get me the answers I need. I will admit, some of those questions have nothing to do with insurance. Knowing how involved they are in the community and in their church, they have wisdom and insight into much more than insurance! I rely on that!"
